I wasn’t expecting such warm and polite service when contacting support; it was probably the best part of my experience even though everything else left me wanting. The communication was clear and they seemed to really listen to what I had to say. On the downside, the resolution times were longer than I anticipated and I had to follow up multiple times for a single issue to be addressed. While that was frustrating, I do appreciate that the agents didn’t brush me off, which can happen elsewhere. I hope next time I won’t need to reach out, but if I do, I’ll feel somewhat reassured knowing that the support team will treat me with respect. Still, it was surprising that the overall process wasn’t smoother given the polite tone throughout the calls.
