Surprised by how support felt smoother than before
I used several platforms before that claimed to offer good telephonic support, but honestly, WFHI's communication blew me away a bit. The priority assistance was clear and quick to pick up my calls instead of long queue waits; that was quite unexpected. Throughout the week using their dialer tool, I found any issues resolved over follow-up calls more efficiently than I had anticipated from prior experience. That said, sometimes the initial connection to support took a tad longer than I wanted, but it never felt like they were rushing or indifferent. Comparing it side by side, the overall responsiveness and willingness to help stood out more with WFHI. They manage to balance fast replies with some genuine patience. Having someone knowledgeable quickly explain the automatic updates and guide me through using the database feature smoothly made all the difference. So in general, the support and communication were a definite advantage, even if minor delays popped up occasionally.
