Surprised by how smooth the remote access actually was
I initially expected the software to be clunky based on other remote workflow tools I've tried before, but it turned out to be quite intuitive and responsive. The onboarding flow helped clarify access rights and permissions, which surprised me positively since often these setups can get complicated. One thing that caught me off guard was that the automatic updates occasionally slowed down my calls in the dialer, which was a minor annoyance during busy hours. The database feature integrated well with my existing workflow, far better than I anticipated. Despite a couple of small hiccups, the software matched or exceeded my expectations overall and felt like a reliable platform. I would've appreciated more customization options in the dialing tools, but on the whole, it was a solid experience and I’m likely to continue using it regularly.
