When I first started with WFHI, I was worried about the usual waiting and repetition during training but surprisingly, that wasn’t my experience at all. The training materials were clear and to the point, with just enough explanation to get me started without feeling like I'm wasting time going over things I already knew. The onboarding flow guided me through the setup step-by-step, which was helpful because I wasn’t left guessing what to do next. I especially appreciated how the dialer and calling tools were integrated—no lag or glitches during my test calls. The database feature was easy to navigate, which meant I didn’t have to pause and figure out how to organize my contacts. I found myself moving along steadily without any frustrating delays or repeated instructions. It felt like the whole process was built with practical use in mind, and that made a big difference. I think this kind of efficient onboarding really helps keep you motivated, especially if you want to start working remotely soon without the usual hurdles. WFHI definitely did the job for me, and I imagine it would for others looking for a straightforward start.
