surprised by how often changes were needed
When I first started using the WFHI software, I assumed that most of the setup would be a one-off thing, but that turned out to be misleading. Quite frequently, I found myself needing to revisit configurations and tweak settings even after the initial onboarding, which wasn’t what I expected. It felt less like a smooth launch and more like ongoing maintenance, which was frustrating because I thought the automatic updates would reduce such interruptions. The dialer and calling tools worked okay, but occasionally the database feature required manual adjustments to fit into my workflow correctly. The onboarding and training sessions helped somewhat but didn’t fully prepare me for the continued effort needed after starting. On the plus side, the telephonic support was fairly responsive when I did call for help, which made those repeated adjustments less painful. Signing up and payment processing went without trouble, so at least that part was straightforward. Still, I wish the software’s use after installation was more stable and required less repeated attention. It caught me off guard how much ongoing work there was after setup.
