Surprised by how much was one-off, not ongoing
Starting with the setup, I was expecting a lot of ongoing involvement from the support team, but most of it seemed like a one-time thing. The initial onboarding was quite hands-on, and the training sessions helped me get the software working for basic tasks. However, once that was over, the communication tapered off. Whenever I tried to reach out for clarifications, there were delays and it felt like support resources were limited. Also, the automatic updates rolled out without much advance notice, which sometimes disrupted my workflow temporarily. On the plus side, the dialer worked fine throughout, and I didn't face connectivity issues. But overall, the level of continued assistance I had imagined was a bit of a letdown. It felt more like I was left to work things out on my own after the initial setup. Telephonic support often seemed overwhelmed, and getting priority help was not straightforward, which was surprising given the promised responsiveness. If you expect ongoing, hands-on communication beyond the initial phase, this might not fully meet your hopes. The sign-up and payment processes were clear and straightforward, at least, so that part didn’t cause stress.
