I had expected the training and onboarding to be more streamlined, but there was quite a bit of repetition involved. The initial sessions covered similar material multiple times, which felt like unnecessary waiting. On the other hand, I did appreciate how telephonic support attempted to clarify some confusions during the waiting periods. That balance of repeating familiar concepts while providing assistance was a bit surprising to me. But honestly, the amount of idle time between steps was more than I anticipated, which slowed down my progress. Next time, I’d hope for a more efficient flow rather than getting stuck in repeats. Overall, the system works but pacing was slower than expected, which caught me off guard.
