I was expecting a lot of ongoing fiddling to keep the software working smoothly, but actually, most of the setup was a one-off thing. Setting up the database and configuring the dialer took some initial time, but after that, I rarely needed to revisit those parts. The automatic updates came through in the background without causing any disruptions, which was great. I did notice, though, that some features, like the calling tools, needed occasional tweaks to fit my changing workflow, so it wasn’t completely hands-off going forward. Overall, it feels like once you’ve done the hard work at the start, maintaining the setup doesn’t take much effort, but I was slightly surprised how much was genuinely one-off compared to what I assumed.
