When I first signed up for the WFHI software, I expected the initial setup to be the main effort with mostly smooth ongoing use. However, I found that the setup was not a one-off task. Instead, I had to repeatedly adjust configurations and update details in the workflow. The automatic updates occasionally disrupted my settings, so I had to keep checking the software to make sure everything stayed aligned with my needs. The onboarding flow took longer than I initially thought because some parts required continuous tweaking rather than a simple one-time setup. I was particularly frustrated by the calling tools and dialer, which seemed to need frequent manual intervention to function properly. Telephonic support sometimes helped in the moment but didn’t really address recurring issues or guide me through stable setups. Also, while the database feature promised integration with my workflow, I found it cumbersome to adjust and maintain as my projects changed over time. Even invoicing and payment processes were not straightforward, with confusing notifications and delays in receipt generation. Overall, I expected a setup phase followed by stable operation, but I got ongoing maintenance instead, which was surprising and quite frustrating given the time I invested.
