Surprised by how much I had to sort on my own
The overall sales and pre-purchase experience was smoother than I initially expected. I mean, the website and the sign-up process were quite straightforward, and invoicing seemed fairly clear from the start. However, what genuinely surprised me was how much of the product details and training content I had to figure out myself. There was some basic guidance, but the self-exploration part was heavier than I anticipated. When I called the sales support team, they were polite but didn’t provide extensive walkthroughs or proactive assistance on certain features. The software and the database seemed complex until I spent some time understanding them. On the positive side, automatic updates do seem to keep improving functionality steadily. The dialer and calling tools feel robust once you get the hang of them. Possibly I was just expecting a bit more hand-holding before purchase, yet it’s reasonable as well. Overall, I’m somewhat satisfied but left with the feeling that I had to put in extra effort on my own to fully grasp what’s available here.
