My overall feeling about the software experience was warm but quite understated. I was surprised at how much I needed to work out independently, especially when it came to setting up the dialer and integrating the database with workflows. There wasn’t much hand-holding or step-by-step guidance beyond the initial training, so I found myself doing a fair bit of troubleshooting and experimenting. In some ways, that was good because it deepened my understanding, but it was also a bit frustrating not having someone walk me through certain customizations. The updates rolled out automatically, which helped avoid manual patching, and the calling tools performed consistently once I was past the initial trial-and-error phase. Telephonic support was competent but somewhat limited in scope, mostly helping with general queries rather than detailed problems. I appreciated that the payment and invoicing processes remained simple and didn’t require ongoing oversight. What really stood out to me was the balance between having a robust system and needing to be proactive in learning its nuances. It’s a solid tool if you’re comfortable figuring things out yourself, which caught me off guard a little.
