Surprised by how much I had to figure out myself during onboarding
When I signed up for the WFHI training and onboarding, I expected a fully guided process, but it turned out I had to work out quite a bit by myself. The initial videos and manuals provided the basics, but when it came to integrating the calling tools and database features, I found gaps in the explanations. On the positive side, the training sessions covered key functionalities clearly, and priorities like how to handle updates and invoicing were well demonstrated. What surprised me was the need to spend extra time experimenting with the dialer settings to match my workflow. This aspect took a while to get right, which was frustrating. Nonetheless, once the setup was complete, the workflow became efficient, and subsequent updates brought improvements without much fuss. So while I had to figure out parts on my own, the overall experience balanced structured training with hands-on learning. I’d suggest newer users may need patience, but the system is solid once established.
