I assumed that the sales process would involve clear guidance on the software’s features and the onb

I assumed that the sales process would involve clear guidance on the software’s features and the onboarding steps, but it turned out quite different. Most information needed during pre-purchase was something I had to figure out on my own, like how the auto updates would work and what exactly the database could do for my workflow. The dialer and calling tools details were vague, and no thorough demo or hands-on preview was provided as I expected. I also thought someone would explain invoicing and payment terms in detail, but I was only given basic info and left to guess the rest. It felt like a lot of trial and error before signing up, which I hadn’t really prepared for. The lack of proactive communication during sales made me question if the product was right for me. To be honest, I’m pretty frustrated with how unclear the whole process was and how much invisible work I had to do before even starting. I hoped for a smoother journey but got a lot more complexity than expected.
