So I was expecting the sales and pre-purchase stuff to be a bit hand-holdy since this is software I hadn’t used before, but honestly it was a bit of a mixed bag. The signup itself was straightforward enough with clear invoices and simple payment flow, so that part was nice. But then when it came to training and understanding how the calling tools worked, I found I was left to explore most things on my own without much direct guidance. The automatic updates seemed to roll out smoothly which was a relief, but the onboarding materials weren’t as detailed or step-by-step as I anticipated. No big deal since the software is mostly intuitive, but it did catch me off guard how much reading around I needed to do. I guess I should have expected that with wfhi not being a placement agency or anything—they provide tools, not hand-holding. Overall, something worked well, something others needed a bit of patience for.
