My experience with the training and onboarding phase was more challenging than expected. When I started, I anticipated guided support through most steps, but instead, I found myself having to figure out significant parts on my own. For example, during the setup of the calling tools, I realized the instructions were quite vague, making it difficult to align the dialer and database effectively. While the automatic updates were supposed to simplify the process, they seemed to come without much explanation or notification as to what had changed. I was only able to make progress by trial and error and revisiting sections of the training multiple times. Although the telephonic support was somewhat helpful, it often felt like I was starting from scratch each time, which did not instill much confidence. The billing process was straightforward, at least, so that part was fine. Still, what really surprised me was how little direction was given at various stages. I expected something more structured, but the reality was that I had to figure out a lot by myself, which slowed down my onboarding considerably.
