When I first got access to the WFHI software, I was expecting a pretty guided experience based on the onboarding messages. To be fair, the sign-up process was straightforward enough and invoicing was handled cleanly without any visible issues. However, the actual software itself left me having to work out most features on my own, which was frustrating. The database feature seemed promising but required a lot of fiddling to understand how to add and retrieve contacts in the way I wanted. The dialer was also awkward at times, with inconsistent response when trying calls across multiple days. Automatic updates came through silently, but they didn’t seem to resolve the usability quirks I encountered. Telephonic support was reachable but felt scripted and didn’t offer the hands-on assistance I had hoped for. I did appreciate the efforts to keep everything connected, but in the end, I spent more time troubleshooting than getting my workflows functioning smoothly. I thought the training module would fill in gaps but it skipped over some practical steps I had to learn by trial. Overall, the experience didn't work well for me and left me feeling pretty disappointed after all that self-driven work was needed.
