I honestly did not expect to have so little guidance during onboarding with WFHI. From setting up the dialer to understanding how the database interaction was supposed to work, I found myself having to piece together a lot of details without much help. The support team was quite hard to reach and even when I managed to call, the responses were often vague or delayed. What surprised me most was that automatic updates would come without proper notification or explanation, leaving me unsure about new changes or fixes. The entire invoicing and payment system also felt like something I had to decode on my own without clear instruction. Given this, I spent more time troubleshooting and learning independently than I thought I would, which was frustrating and slowed down my workflow setup considerably. I expected a more guided process with clearer communication. It has felt like a solo effort to figure out what should be a streamlined remote work software experience, which was disappointing overall.
