Using the WorkFromHomeIndia software has been pretty positive overall, though I did find myself surprised at how much support I needed to seek out on my own. The initial training sessions and onboarding gave a decent overview, especially about using the call database and automatic updates, but as I started working with the dialer and calling tools week after week, a lot of the more detailed issues weren’t directly covered. It meant that a lot of trial and error became my go-to method. I had expected more guided tutorials or readily available troubleshooting inside the interface. The telephonic support was reachable when I needed it, though the wait times and response clarity sometimes stretched my patience. On the plus side, the software itself is robust and the automatic updates made the experience smoother over time. I appreciated the straightforward sign-up and invoicing process; no surprises there. Overall, while I value the software and the concept, I definitely recommend that future users prepare to do some independent problem-solving alongside what the provided training offers.
