To be honest, I was surprised at how much of the WFHI software I had to navigate and figure out on my own. I expected more comprehensive onboarding and training that would cover everything in detail, but instead, I found myself piecing together instructions from different sources. The software itself was functional, but the lack of a guided walkthrough meant I often had to test features like the dialer and database by trial and error. Though some help was available through support, it wasn’t always immediate or as detailed as I wanted. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward enough, which I appreciated, but overall, the experience felt like I was largely self-teaching. This was unexpected and somewhat overwhelming at first, especially when updates changed interface elements without clear notices. I can acknowledge the software’s potential and the few areas that worked well, but for someone looking for a guided and smooth start, this setup might be unexpectedly challenging.
