Surprised by how much I had to adapt after the initial sales pitch
When I first explored the software and training from WFHI, I thought it would be pretty much plug and play after signing up, but that wasn’t quite what happened. At first, the sales interaction made it seem like the dialer and database features would be easy to get moving from day one. But as days passed, I realized there were a lot of little details to learn, and the automatic updates sometimes changed the workflow in ways I hadn’t expected. It took longer to get fully comfortable using the calling tools consistently across my daily tasks. Even the onboarding training covered the basics well but didn’t quite prepare me for some of the complexities that showed up in actual use. Telephonic support was helpful but not always instant, so I found myself needing to figure some things out on my own, which was okay but a surprise given the sales conversation. I also noticed that the invoicing system required regular attention to avoid any confusion with payment timing. Looking back, I understand why some flexibility was needed, but I was surprised by how much time I had to allocate to get everything running smoothly beyond the initial purchase. That adjustment period was longer than I’d thought, and while eventually manageable, the day-to-day reality was different from what sales initially suggested.
