Surprised by how mixed up the steps were
I had expected a clear sequence when going through the sales process, but it was all over the place. The ordering of steps made little sense to me; first, I was asked to fill in detailed information before I even understood what was included in the package. Then, after agreeing to terms, I was supposed to attend some onboarding that seemed disconnected from previous communications. It felt like jumping from one thing to another without a logical flow. I explained my confusion multiple times while on calls, but the guidance didn’t improve drastically. They also tried to push towards signing up before I got answers to some basic questions about accessing the software and database. The invoicing part came suddenly without proper explanation about options or timing, which caused additional headaches. Overall, it seemed like the whole pre-purchase experience lacked cohesion and left me feeling frustrated rather than reassured. Ordering the product should be straightforward but it was surprisingly complicated here, like the process was designed without thinking through the customer journey. I’d hoped for a smoother experience but was let down at each stage.
