Surprised by how long it took to actually start
I thought getting started with WFHI software would be a quick process, but it actually took much longer than I expected. The sign-up was okay, but I faced delays getting full access to the calling tools and the dialer feature, which was frustrating because I wanted to begin using them immediately. The software’s interface wasn’t as intuitive as I had assumed, so navigating to the database and other features required some trial and error. Even the training sessions didn’t help me get fully comfortable immediately, and I had to spend extra time reviewing tutorials on my own. Automatic updates sometimes interrupted my workflow with no prior warning, which added to the delays. On the plus side, telephonic support was able to answer my questions whenever I contacted them, which was a relief, but the support hours didn’t always match my working hours perfectly. Overall, I was surprised by how much time I had to invest just to be up and running. It was more of a drawn-out process than I anticipated.
