Surprised by how long it actually took to get started
I honestly wasn’t expecting onboarding to take as long as it did. When I first signed up, I thought I’d be able to jump right in after the initial training. But it turned out the learning curve was steeper in some ways than I imagined. The training sessions were clear for basic functions, but it didn’t really prepare me fully for managing the dialer alongside the database effectively. I had to redo parts of the tutorial because things weren’t clicking all at once, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the automatic updates sometimes changed how features worked, so I needed to adjust and learn those changes to keep pace. It felt like a constant balancing act between training and practical use. I guess I was surprised because I expected the onboarding to be a one-time thing, but it turned out to be more of an ongoing process that I had to keep managing myself. That said, now I’m slowly building up comfort with the workflow, but it definitely took longer than I assumed at the start. The sign-up and payment process went smoothly, at least, which was one thing I didn’t have to worry much about while getting started.
