Surprised by how logical the billing flow was

I appreciated that invoicing happened promptly after sign-up, making it easy to track payments without unnecessary delays. The training on how to manage these invoices and make payments was quite clear compared to other services I've used. While I was prepared for a lengthy wait to get everything settled, the automatic updates kept the payment module current, which minimized any disruption. Support was available for any billing queries and generally responded promptly, which was better than I anticipated. Overall, the order of the steps in the billing process genuinely exceeded my expectations, creating a smoother experience than I had prepared for, and that aspect impressed me the most about WFHI's approach.
