Surprised by how little support helped when things broke
When I first encountered issues with the dialer not connecting properly, I called their telephonic support hoping for straightforward solutions. To my surprise, the staff did not seem fully aware of the specific problem I reported, and the explanations I got felt generic rather than tailored to the actual software error. It was frustrating because I had followed all steps of the onboarding process and had tried troubleshooting on my own without success. The updates to the software during that period did not resolve the issue but instead seemed to complicate matters further, as some features became unresponsive. I expected clearer communication about possible workarounds or scheduled fixes, but instead the responses were slow and occasionally off-topic. Even after multiple calls, there was no real improvement, which made me question the reliability of the assistance channel. Overall, the experience made me skeptical about how well the support service is equipped to handle real problems beyond simple questions. This level of support did not meet my expectations for a professional remote workflow tool and added stress rather than relief during an already challenging setup phase.
