Surprised by how little it managed when things went wrong
I wasn’t prepared for the way WFHI’s software reacted when my access got disrupted unexpectedly. Normally, when you can’t log in or face errors, I assume the system has some clear instructions or a quick way to recover on the spot. Instead, the first surprise was that the error messages were vague and didn’t suggest any immediate fix steps. I tried logging out and back in several times, expecting maybe an update or prompt to reset something but no luck. The follow-up was complicated because the software didn't provide a smooth pathway for troubleshooting without external help. It felt like I was stuck without a clear recovery route, which added frustration. I wasn’t sure if I was missing a feature or if the system was designed this way. I had to rely on phone support which itself took a while to kick in. Overall, the software’s handling of access issues was less helpful than I expected, and that caught me off guard.
