Surprised by how hard it was to locate key info

Looking back on my first interactions with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase materials, I was quite surprised by how difficult it was to find the exact information I needed. I had assumed that the pricing details and feature explanations would be easy to navigate on the website and during the initial demo, but I often found myself clicking through multiple pages and sections without clear direction. This made gathering all the facts about software capabilities and training offerings more time-consuming than I expected. It wasn’t until I had spoken to support that I started piecing together the bigger picture, but that was after considerable effort on my part. Even the invoicing and payment explanations were somewhat buried in the documentation, which made me second-guess if I had fully understood the financial obligations before committing. On the positive side, once the sign-up was complete and I gained direct access to the software, the interface itself was quite user-friendly, so navigating inside the system was better than anticipated. Unfortunately, this ease didn’t extend to the pre-purchase phase, which I think could be improved to better serve newcomers. Reflecting on this, I now realize that clearer upfront signposting and streamlined info channels would have made a big difference. So while I grant that the software works well, the initial experience left me with reservations about how accessible and transparent the sales information is for potential customers.
