Surprised by how hard it was to find basic stuff
What surprised me most was how difficult it was to locate the information I needed within the software. It wasn’t immediately obvious where to find the calling tools, and the database feature seemed scattered across different menus without clear labels. I thought the interface would be more intuitive, but instead I ended up clicking around a lot before I could start actually using it effectively. Automatic updates sometimes changed layouts or settings, which added to the confusion because what I learned previously didn’t always apply after an update. On the plus side, the telephonic support was pretty useful when I finally got through, and they explained some details I had missed. Still, I feel the software needs better navigation and clearer instructions integrated into the platform itself rather than relying heavily on external help. For a first-time user, this lack of discoverability was frustrating and slowed down getting started more than I expected. I hope future versions improve on this aspect so it feels less like hunting for features.
