Surprised by how errors were handled during sales process
I was quite surprised at how the software handled issues that came up during the sales and pre-purchase phase. Initially, I had a clear expectation that the onboarding flow would be seamless, but when certain errors happened, such as difficulties with the sign-up and payment processing, the system’s response was less than satisfactory. The support was quick to respond on calls, however, the solutions offered were temporary fixes rather than permanent resolutions. It also seemed that the automatic updates did not always take care of existing bugs, which affected my ability to properly test the calling tools and database features during the trial period. The invoicing process was generally clear, but the confusion caused by these problems meant I had to spend extra time troubleshooting, which I did not anticipate. While the software has promise, I was taken aback by the lack of robustness in handling basic errors during initial setup. This experience did not align with the professional image that was portrayed before purchase, and it left a less positive impression than I had hoped for.
