Surprised by how clear the software explained its features
At first, I wasn’t sure how the software would handle database updates or automatic refreshes. But I was surprised by the clear explanations provided during the training and onboarding steps. The dialer tool was intuitive, and the calling interface made sense without needing much troubleshooting. Throughout the process, I noticed that information was presented straightforwardly and logically, which helped speed up my familiarity with the system. The support was handy when I made inquiries, and invoicing was transparent. Still, while the explanations were good, I expected some features to be more customizable, which was a bit disappointing. All in all, the level of clarity was better than I’d imagined and helped me get settled faster than I thought.
