Surprised by both the good and the glitchy bits

I have used quite a few remote workflow systems, so with WFHI I was expecting something along the lines of what I’m used to, but it turned out to be a bit different. The sign-up and invoice process was pretty standard, nothing fancy but it did the job without drama. I was a bit surprised by the automatic updates, they happened more smoothly than I thought, kept the software fresh without interrupting my work flow which was nice. On the flip side, the database management felt less customizable than I’d hoped; some parts of it seemed clunky and made me circle back to old habits. Also, the dialer worked okay generally but had some odd lag times that threw me off a bit. I guess what really took me by surprise was how the sales and pre-purchase communication painted the features as more seamless, but in practice it was a mixed bag—you get the sense the software is good but it’s not perfect for every user. It made me reflect on how important it is to try before fully trusting a tool for daily operations.
