Surprised at the confusing labels throughout
I have been using the WFHI platform for a short while now, mostly exploring their calling tools and dialer feature as part of my workflow. What surprised me most was the inconsistent use of wording and labels across different parts of the portal, especially during onboarding and while navigating the database feature. Some options were labeled in ways that didn't quite match the actions I expected, which led to quite a bit of confusion. I reached out to telephonic support, and while they were polite, clarifying the labels didn’t seem to be a priority for them. On the plus side, automatic updates did seem to roll out smoothly without causing any interruptions, which I appreciated. However, the overall inconsistency in communication through labels made it difficult to trust the software's flow and increased my frustration during everyday use. It felt like the platform still needs better internal alignment in terminology before I could comfortably navigate it on my own.
