Surprised at the complexity despite clear billing steps
I initially thought the billing and payment process with WFHI would be straightforward, but I was surprised by the complexity hidden beneath the surface. While the invoicing was sent promptly and the payment methods were clearly listed, I felt the explanations about instalments, renewal cycles, and tax details were quite confusing. The documentation provided was detailed, but not easy to follow for someone without much prior experience in business software payments. I appreciated that the invoice itself was clear and professional, and the support team was reachable if I had questions. However, there was no simple summary to clarify what exactly each charge meant, which made it harder to verify the correctness of each payment. It felt like I had to call support multiple times to confirm certain details. The delayed payment confirmation notice was unexpected and made me anxious about whether my transaction had completed successfully. Overall, while the infrastructure to handle billing seemed solid, the way things were presented to me lacked sufficient clarity and simplicity. This complex billing experience is why I have rated this two stars despite the helpful support and clear payment options.
