Surprised at how unclear the onboarding training felt
I was really looking forward to the training and onboarding experience when I signed up, but honestly, it surprised me just how unclear and scattered things turned out to be. From the start, the explanations around key features like the calling tools and database setup felt really rushed, like they expected me to just figure stuff out myself without much handholding. I thought there would be a decent flow guiding me step by step, but instead, it was more like being thrown into the deep end with vague instructions. The automation and updates sections barely got a mention, so I was left uncertain whether those would kick in automatically or I had to do something manually. Also, when I tried to reach out for help during this phase, the telephonic support was kind but seemed overloaded, which didn’t help clear things up quickly. For someone getting started with remote workflows, I honestly expected a clearer, more structured approach to onboarding and training. Instead, I spent more time figuring out basics on my own than I anticipated. And the sign-up and invoicing steps weren’t explained well enough either, so the entire experience felt a bit disorganized. I really wanted this to work, but the confusion around training and unclear instructions were honestly frustrating. Hopefully this is something WorkFromHomeIndia improves moving forward because right now it felt like a letdown not getting clear, helpful guidance right from the start.
