I've been using the software for a few weeks now, and the support communication is mostly via calls and emails. What surprised me was that a lot of the troubleshooting and figuring out had to be done by myself. I reached out several times to the support team, and while they were polite, they mostly pointed me back to the FAQs and user manuals rather than giving solutions directly. It felt like they expected users to have a certain base knowledge. The telephonic support was available but often required waiting on hold, which added to the fatigue. Throughout the onboarding, I had to dig through various training resources because I wasn’t always clear on how to fully utilize some features, especially the dialer settings and database integrations. It's clear the system is powerful, but for ease of use, I expected the support to be a bit more proactive in guiding me through issues. I don’t want to sound harsh — the team did respond — but I was surprised at how much of it was on me to just keep trying things until they worked. Overall, it’s working for me, with some self-navigation involved.
