Surprised at how much I figured out, but might need help next time
I went through WFHI's training and onboarding recently and found it quite a mixed experience. On one hand, the software’s calling tools and dialer are intuitive once you get past the first few steps, which honestly surprised me since I expected a steeper learning curve. Setting up the database was straightforward, and automatic updates meant I didn't have to fiddle with configurations again. On the other hand, some parts of the training felt a bit fast, especially around invoicing and payment processes, so I anticipate needing a bit of assistance the next time I go through similar stages. I appreciate the telephonic support did its best, though. Overall, I'd say I learned enough to be mostly self-sufficient but wouldn’t rule out reaching out again for clarified guidance in some areas.
