Surprised at how long initial setup took
I was somewhat taken aback by the duration it took to become fully operational with the WFHI software. While I anticipated some complexity with integrating the calling tools and dialing system, the process extended beyond what I expected, stretching over several days before I felt comfortable using it alone. The onboarding instruction was thorough but seemed to assume a level of prior experience with similar remote work software that I didn’t have, which added to the overall delay. On the positive side, the database feature once set up worked smoothly and fit well with my workflow. Telephonic support was available when I needed it, although sometimes the wait felt longer than I preferred. Automatic updates occasionally introduced changes that required me to relearn small parts of the interface, which was frustrating during a busy period. The invoicing and payment systems were straightforward enough but didn’t compensate for the extended ramp-up time. Altogether, the experience was a balance of high potential offset by surprising initial setup demands, which I believe should be better communicated to new users.
