Surprised a lot of setup was one-time only
When I first started the training and onboarding, I expected constant updates or ongoing tasks to keep the workflow optimized. Instead, it turned out that much of the setup is a one-off process; for example, entering data into the database and configuring the calling dialer were major steps that happened just once. After that, the automatic updates mainly happened in the background without much action needed from me. The training was focused mostly on these initial steps rather than ongoing sessions. It’s just that I thought the training would prepare me for continuous adjustments and development over time, but instead, it was concentrated around the early days of using the software. The sign-up and payment process seemed pretty standard, with clear invoicing. Support was available but mostly around the initial questions rather than active ongoing help. Overall, the onboarding seemed front-loaded rather than a continuous learning curve.
