Surprise tha ki support easily accessible nahi thi
I had mixed feelings with the support and communication. On one side, telephonic support promised was supposed to help me clear doubts anytime, but mujhe kaafi baar phone pe wait karna pada or repeatedly explain karna pada basic issues. It made finding what I needed frustrating. On the other hand, jab support mila tha toh they were polite and tried to help, but overall speed aur clarity mein kami thi. The knowledge base or database documentation didn’t fully cover what I was looking for so thoda extra time laga in figuring details myself. I expected a smoother experience with onboarding and training through their software tools. Par haan, unka dialer aur automatic update features worked fine. Mainly surprised that support availability was inconsistent despite promises. In the end, I ended with frustration due to communication gaps.
