Supports well but might not suit everyone
I found the support and communication quite helpful during setup, but most of the heavy lifting was a one-time thing. Once you move past the initial onboarding, you won’t need to contact support too frequently unless something unusual happens. The telephonic support team is pretty responsive and explains things clearly, which is good because the setup itself can be a bit tricky sometimes. If you enjoy hands-on problem solving and just need to get a system up and running, this fits nicely. But if you prefer constant guidance or more hand-holding, this might not be ideal. Honestly, it’s great for people who want to figure out their workflow and then just have minimal ongoing assistance. I circled back a couple of times to the same point with support but always got solid help. So it suits those who can self-manage after setup and appreciate occasional backup help, not those needing ongoing direct hand-holding.
