support worked well but had some dips
Upon reflection, the telephonic support offered a mixed experience over the weeks of using the software. Most times, when I needed assistance with database usage or dialer configuration, the support was accessible and responsive enough to resolve queries without much wait. The training sessions initially made it easier to understand the system, but on daily use, some unexpected behaviors required me to reach out to help more than anticipated. Occasionally, connection to the dialer would falter and it wasn’t always smooth getting immediate answers from support. That made certain days more frustrating, though overall these issues didn’t dominate the experience. The automatic updates introduced new features gradually without disrupting workflow, which was a positive side. Also, the invoicing and payment steps were fairly consistent and clear throughout. Given that the software was generally reliable, these situations were relatively isolated, yet they left me with a sense that there is room for improvement in stability and communication consistency during operational days. So while the support service had genuinely beneficial moments, there was a noticeable downside as well when operational hiccups happened.
