Support worked but missed some extra reassurance
When I faced some issues with the dialer not connecting properly, I reached out to WFHI's telephonic support. They were responsive and polite, resolving my problem quickly, which I really appreciated. However, I felt the communication lacked a bit of warmth or follow-up that would have helped me feel more confident moving forward. The priority assistance was available as promised, but I missed a clearer explanation of what caused the issue in the first place. Despite these minor gaps, overall, the support handled the situation well, and I didn't experience long delays or frustration during the process. I just wish they had offered a little more insight and guidance during the call.
