Support wording unclear but I'd try again
I found the support and communication to be a mixed experience. The telephonic assistance was there when I needed it, which I appreciated. However, I felt the wording and labels used in support materials were often confusing. For example, some commands or features didn’t match what I expected from the naming, making it difficult sometimes to know exactly what to ask about or how to resolve issues efficiently. This caused a few delays as I had to clarify what certain terms meant or which functions were actually being referenced. Despite this, the support staff answered my queries calmly and did help me reach solutions without much fuss. So would I do it again? Probably yes. I think once you get past the initial confusing terms, the overall experience is manageable. The software itself somewhat matches what was promised, though clearer communication would definitely level up the experience.
