Support wording surprised me more than expected
Reflecting on my experience with the support and communication after several weeks, I realized some of the labels and explanations initially seemed straightforward but ended up being a bit ambiguous. For instance, when I contacted telephonic support, the rep used terms like "Priority assistance" And "Quick resolution" That sounded promising, but in practice, some issues took a few calls to clarify fully. I had thought that the training materials would cover all likely questions, but in reality, some of the terminology inside the dashboard did not match perfectly with what was described earlier on. It was surprising how small inconsistencies in labeling made me hesitate during task execution. However, I do remember the updates to the software being fairly seamless, which reduced frustration. Looking back, I appreciate that the system expected a bit of patience and interpretation when working with their support, which I didn't anticipate at first.
