Support wording sometimes clear, sometimes unnecessarily confusing

I've tried explaining before how support communication feels mixed at times. On the positive side, the support team labels and instructions during calls usually make sense and help clarify the issues I have with the dialer or database features. Their telephonic support is responsive enough, which is good when time is short. But on the flip side, some of the phrasing used in emails and automated replies can be confusing or too technical for someone trying to quickly get information. Sometimes the labels on dashboard tools don't exactly match what the support describes, leading to a bit of back-and-forth. I really wish the wording was more consistent across support and software UI because then many simple questions wouldn't take so long to resolve. Despite these drawbacks, the positive side is that you do eventually get help, and the support team knows the product well. It just could save everyone time if communication was clearer and labels were better aligned. I have explained this issue multiple times, so at this point I’m just hoping they improve it soon to make the experience smoother for everyone.
