Support wording made sense, minor room for clarity
The way the support team communicated through calls and emails was generally straightforward and clear. Labels in the software matched what was described during training, which helped avoid confusion. Even the database features, which could get complicated, were explained in terms I could understand, and the telephonic support always reinforced those explanations well. That consistency between verbal descriptions and interface wording was reassuring, making it easier to trust the tools. On the downside, there were a few occasions where invoice instructions felt slightly vague, and I had to double-check to be sure everything was correct. Also, some automatic update notes could be a bit clearer to explain the nature of the changes introduced. Still, considering the overall experience, I found the support communication quite reliable and mostly easy to follow. It made the process smoother, giving a clear sense of what to expect when handling workflows remotely with WFHI’s software.
