Support won’t suit those needing instant help, but can work for basics
From a practical perspective, the WFHI support system worked okay for basic inquiries but fell short compared to previous services I’ve used. For routine questions about invoicing or software features, the telephonic support was polite and somewhat helpful. However, when issues arose during the dialer setup and later database syncing, the responses were slower than I preferred. Compared to other platforms where immediate live chat or more proactive problem solving is available, this support felt less efficient. The priority assistance claim appeared valid but wasn’t fully reliable in practice during busy times. For people who can tolerate some waiting and have reasonable experience already, this support might be adequate. But if you require quick fixes and hands-on troubleshooting, then this might not be the best fit. The automatic updates and training offered were fine but didn’t offset the slower communication aspect. Sign-up and payment processes were standard, posing no issues. Overall, it did the job but with limitations in responsiveness that could affect those needing prompt assistance.
