When I first signed up, I thought the support would be more hands-on, maybe with quicker resolutions to technical hiccups. Initially, I stalled during the onboarding flow, and the help I got over the phone felt inconsistent. Sometimes, I got the assistance I needed, especially for the dialer setup, which clicked after a short call. But during other moments, particularly when I was trying to get clarity on database use, I felt left guessing because the responses were either slow or too vague. The automatic updates surprised me as they sometimes altered parts of the software I had just configured, throwing me off balance. It took a couple of weeks before I understood that these changes aimed to improve the workflow, but it wasn’t immediate. My expectations about telephonic support being a steady presence didn’t always come true, yet priority assistance was better than I imagined. Sign-up and invoicing were mainly straightforward, so at least that part matched what I had in mind. I’m not sure if this mixed experience came from my own assumptions or gaps on their side, but eventually, a few key moments made me realize the software could work well once I settled in.
