I have tried multiple times to get help through their telephonic support but it’s honestly exhausting. The knowledge base and demos didn’t quite cover all the issues I was facing. Every call seemed to start with general info and it took several tries just to get someone to understand my specific problem. I did appreciate that the automatic updates happened without fuss, but that’s about the only bright spot here. Finding precise answers or clear solutions was a task, and frankly, I’m tired of going in circles. If you ask me, I’d say support is slow to respond in a way that actually helps you, which was frustrating after all the time I had already spent on setup.
