Support wasn’t clear enough, frankly frustrating
Using WFHI’s telephonic support turned out to be quite disappointing for me. I found the explanations confusing and vague, which made it hard to trust that I was following the right steps during setup. The person on the call seemed to rush through details without really ensuring I understood the instructions. Even after several attempts, I was left unsure about how to properly use the calling tools and database features, which are central to the software. The onboarding process felt incomplete because of this lack of clarity. Naturally, this made the entire experience frustrating, as I expected a smoother transition given the product’s promise. I wouldn’t say the support was unhelpful, but it certainly was not very clear or patient. Explaining things better would have made a big difference for someone like me trying to adapt to remote workflows independently.
